Article Abstract
Recently oral ketoconazole has been recommended for treatment of blastomycosis in patients without an underlying immunodeficiency state, immediately life-threatening disease,or central nervous system(CNS) involvement[1,2].We report a case of cerebral blastomycoma occurring in a patient after treatment of respiratory tract blastomycosis with oral ketoconazole.Neurologic involvement did not become apparent until months after the pulmonary infection had completely resolved.
